Most of us have become accustomed to living in disconnection from our body. As a somatic practitioner, I specialise in guiding you to reconnect with your body, guiding you back home. Here you will find all the wisdom you need, the essence of you as it was when you entered this world, your power, your light, your grounded presence, allowing you to remember what it ‘feels’ like to be you, before the world threw some curveballs your way, however small or large they were.
